Ramen with Charred Pork


This dish was in the October 2019 Food Network Magazine Pg. 67. 
Our takeaway form this dish is its delicious. The ramen noodles make it an inexpensive meal as well especially if you can find pork chops on sale. Although fresher noodles would make it better. We just cooked the pork to shorten the steps and it didn't change the flavor much. We will make variations of this dish again. Once you get used to making this it will be q quick tasty asian meal for a work night.
