Homemade Greek yogurt flatbread
Greek Yogurt Flatbread
Do you buy those Na'an flatbreads at the grocery store. I used to.....They seem good but they break when you fold them to make like chicken pitas or similar dishes. They get expensive too around $4 for what 2 pieces of flatbread (I don't remember exactly) . No more. This flatbread is super easy, quick, and very good.
On a work night we can stop by the grocery store and pickup one of those already cooked roasting chickens for like $5 whip these up... add some lettuce, veggies, feta cheese, sauce and you can feed a family of 4 well and healthy. SO why would you stand line at some fast food joint....?
