Julia Childs Beef bourguignon

We made Julia Childs Beef bourguignon. Its a very long process lol. If anyone watched Julie and Julia (yes we watched it lol)  it was a culmination dish. It takes 6 hours to make....I thought is was like 3 or 4 so got a late start 😛 oops. We have been trying to cook a lot of new dishes over the last year roughly and particularly lots of healthier recipes.

The take away is its delicious. We are not going to make it again though. It's not unlike my Guinness Stew.. It's a Guinness beer stew with beef stock, beef, potatoes in a crockpot so much more set it and forget it 😁 The beef bourguignon has wine and like 20 steps.  Here is the Recipe for those brave people out there.  The  pictures are ours.  I put it in as a link because it doesn't copy well.
